Register vehicles for site access
Overview
Vehicle registration allows you to register vehicles for automatic license plate recognition (ALPR) access at GridColo sites. This feature enables your registered vehicles to enter facility parking areas and vehicle-accessible zones through automated license plate scanning systems. Each vehicle registration is site-specific, meaning you'll need to register vehicles separately for each GridColo location where you need vehicle access.

Remove Registrations
Remove vehicles that are no longer needed

Manage vehicle details including make, model, color, and year
Vehicle Registration Process

Enter complete vehicle information including license plate number, make, model, color, and year

Vehicle information is verified by GridColo security staff to ensure accuracy

Activation
Vehicle is activated for ALPR access at the specified GridColo site

Vehicle can access the site via automatic license plate recognition
Important Notes
- License Plate Accuracy: Ensure your license plate information is accurate and matches your vehicle exactly
- Vehicle Changes: If you get a new vehicle or change license plates, update your registration immediately
- Site-Specific: Each vehicle registration is for a specific GridColo site
- Security: Only register vehicles that you own or have authorization to use
