Overview
GridMetro is GridColo's network connectivity service that provides access to multiple network providers at each site. The GridMetro section provides read-only access to view your organization's GridMetro orders, port assignments, IP allocations, and BGP prefix configurations. This information helps you understand your organization's network connectivity at each GridColo site.

See all GridMetro orders for your organization, organized by GridColo site
Port Assignments
See which specific ports are assigned to orders at each site
IP Allocations
View IP address allocations (both IPv4 and IPv6) for GridMetro services
Read-Only Access
Customer Staff can view GridMetro information but cannot create new orders or modify existing services. This read-only access ensures that only authorized Customer Admins can make changes to network connectivity, which helps prevent accidental service disruptions and maintains proper approval workflows for network changes.
