Overview
The Policies section gives you access to every policy that governs operations, security, safety, and conduct at GridColo facilities. Some policies apply across all sites; others are specific to one site, such as its loading dock hours or emergency assembly points.
Compliance is mandatory. By accessing a GridColo facility you agree to follow the current version of each applicable policy. Violations can result in suspension or revocation of access.

Common questions
- What if a site rule conflicts with my company's procedure?
- GridColo site policies apply on GridColo premises. Raise any conflict with your tenant administrator, who can discuss it with GridColo.
- Can I bring a guest?
- Yes, if you are authorized to escort and the guest is registered in advance. You remain responsible for the guest at all times.
