Order and manage your access badges

Overview

Badges are physical and digital credentials that provide access to GridColo facilities. Each badge is site-specific and configured with your specific access permissions. Before you can order a badge, you must have completed and received approval for your verification process. Physical badges are typically cards or key fobs used with card readers at facility entrances, while digital badges can be added to mobile wallet applications for convenient access.

Badge Ordering Process

    Verification Required

    You must have approved verification before ordering a badge

    Processing

    Badge is activated upon receipt and ready for use at the site

Badge Security

Your badge is a security credential. Keep it secure and never share it with others. If your badge is lost or stolen, report it immediately through the portal or contact GridColo security. Lost badges will be deactivated to prevent unauthorized access.
