View allocated infrastructure (Read-Only)
Overview
The Resources section provides a read-only view of all physical infrastructure resources allocated to your organization at GridColo sites. Resources represent the physical spaces where your organization's equipment is or can be deployed, organized in a hierarchical structure from buildings down to individual racks. This view helps you understand where equipment can be placed and how resources are organized at each site.

Physical building structures at each GridColo site
Rooms & Areas
Rooms within buildings (data halls, MDF, IDF) and designated areas within rooms
Cages & Racks
Secure cage spaces for customer equipment and individual rack units for equipment placement
Read-Only Access
Customer Staff have view-only access to resources. You can see what resources are allocated to your organization, but cannot modify allocations or request changes directly through the portal. Resource allocation changes must be requested through your Customer Admin or by contacting GridColo support.
