Complete the required modules before your first visit, and keep them current.
Overview
Training is mandatory for everyone who needs unescorted access to a GridColo facility. Modules cover safety, security, emergency response, and the operating procedures that keep the site reliable for every tenant.
Requirements can vary by site. A module completed for one site is reused wherever it applies, so you only see what is still outstanding. You cannot be granted access to a site until its required training is complete.

Self-paced courses
Complete modules in any order. Progress saves automatically if you stop partway.
Quizzes
Short quizzes confirm understanding. You can retake a quiz if you do not pass.
Certificates
Download completion certificates for your own records or your employer's.
Completing a module

Open the module
Select it from your dashboard or the Training page.

Review the material
Most modules take 10 to 20 minutes.

Pass the quiz
Answer the questions at the end. Results are shown immediately.

Confirm completion
The module is marked complete and your access status updates.

- Review the material and retake it. If you have trouble after several attempts, open a support ticket.
- Do vendor technicians use the same training?
- Vendor staff have their own training track in the vendor portal, with additional modules for maintenance and work authorization.
