Required Training Modules
All vendor staff members must complete assigned training modules before being granted active access to GridColo facilities. Training ensures all vendors understand safety protocols, facility rules, and operational procedures.
General Site Safety
Basic safety protocols, emergency procedures, and facility rules required for all vendor personnel
Data Hall Procedures
Specialized training for vendors who need access to customer data halls and sensitive infrastructure
Equipment-Specific Training
Required for vendors performing specialized work with specific equipment or systems
Completing Training
Access Training Assignments
Your admin assigns training modules based on your role and work requirements. Log into the portal to view your assigned training modules.
Complete Modules
Review all training materials, watch videos, and complete any required assessments. Most modules take 15-30 minutes to complete.
Pass Assessments
Many modules include a brief quiz to confirm understanding. You can retake assessments if needed.
Automatic Update
Upon completion, your training status updates automatically. Once all required modules are complete, your access credentials will be activated.

Recertification Requirements
