Submit a professional photo for your access badge. Your photo will be used to create your physical access credential and displayed in facility security systems.
Photo Requirements
Image Quality
- • High resolution (minimum 300 DPI)
- • Clear, well-lit image
- • No blurriness or pixelation
- • JPEG or PNG format
Subject Requirements
- • Face fully visible and in focus
- • Neutral facial expression
- • Plain, light-colored background
- • No hats, sunglasses, or filters
Framing
- • Head and shoulders visible
- • Face centered in frame
- • Eyes looking at camera
- • Appropriate head-to-image ratio
Professional Appearance
- • Business casual or professional attire
- • Neat, professional appearance
- • Recent photo (within last 6 months)
- • Current hairstyle and appearance
Uploading Your Photo
Prepare Your Photo
Take or select a photo that meets all requirements listed above. Ensure good lighting and a plain background for best results.
Access Upload Tool
From your dashboard, navigate to the Badge Photo section and click "Upload Photo" to access the upload interface.
Select and Preview
Choose your photo file and preview how it will appear on your badge. The system will check for common quality issues.
Submit for Review
Submit your photo for security review. You'll receive notification within 1 business day if your photo is approved or if changes are needed.
Photo Options
Most vendors choose this option if they have a recent professional headshot or passport-style photo available.
If you don't have a suitable photo, security staff can take your badge photo when you complete your on-site enrollment.
Photo Approval Process
All badge photos are reviewed by security personnel to ensure they meet facility requirements and match your verified identification. Photos that don't meet requirements will be rejected with specific feedback on what needs to be corrected. You can resubmit an updated photo at any time through the portal.
