The Security Console provides comprehensive tools for security personnel to manage site access, personnel verification, and security operations at GridColo facilities. This console is site-specific, meaning you can only manage security operations for the GridColo sites where you have been assigned the security role.
Overview of security operations including pending verifications, recent check-ins, and security alerts
Verify badges for personnel accessing the site to ensure valid, active credentials
Sign in personnel accessing the site and maintain accurate access logs
Review and approve/reject ID verification submissions from personnel
Review and approve/reject face recognition matches from badge systems
Reset credentials, photos, or PINs for personnel when needed
See all ID verification requests pending review, organized by priority and date
View uploaded ID documents to verify authenticity, validity, and completeness
Approve or reject verification with specific reasons for transparency
Review background check submissions as part of the complete verification package
Reset personnel login credentials when they are locked out or need password resets
Reset personnel facial photos for badge updates or face recognition system updates
