Tenant Admin Portal Guide
Manage your organization's contracts, services, infrastructure, network, and personnel across every GridColo site from one account.
Who this portal is for
Tenant administrators are the people your organization designates to manage its relationship with GridColo. Most tenants name a primary and a backup administrator. Administrators are accountable for who is authorized to enter each site.
What you can do
- Authorize and remove personnel, and monitor their verification status
- Review MSAs, active services, and pending service orders
- View cabinets, cages, power circuits, and IP allocations
- Order cross connects and manage GridMetro connectivity
- Open and track support tickets for your organization
Getting started

Accept your administrator invitation
GridColo sends an invitation to the administrator named at contract signature. Set your password and enable multi-factor authentication.

Review your dashboard
Confirm the sites, services, and contracts listed match your agreement. Report discrepancies through a support ticket.

Add your personnel
Authorize each person who needs site access. They receive an invitation to complete identity verification and training.

Confirm network and resources
Check cabinet assignments, power circuits, IP blocks, and cross connects before your first deployment visit.
