Overview
The tenant admin dashboard aggregates information from every GridColo site where your organization has services. Whether you manage one cage or deployments in several regions, it gives you one view of agreements, service orders, personnel, and support.
The top of the dashboard highlights anything that needs a decision from you: agreements awaiting signature, service orders waiting for approval, personnel requests, and tickets waiting on your reply. Below that, per-site summaries show what is active at each location.

Common questions
- Can there be more than one tenant admin?
- Yes. Most organizations designate at least two administrators so approvals are not blocked when one is away.
- Why don't I see a site on my dashboard?
- A site appears once your organization has an agreement or service order there. Contact your GridColo account team if a site is missing.
