Services Management
Manage service orders and active services
Overview
The Services Management section provides a comprehensive view of all active services and service orders for your organization across all GridColo sites. This is where you'll track everything from initial service order requests through fulfillment and ongoing service management. Service orders (identified by SO-XXXX format) are the formal requests for new services or modifications to existing services at specific GridColo sites. Each service order represents a commitment for services such as colocation space, power, network connectivity, or cross connects. The services section helps you understand your total monthly recurring charges (MRC), track which services are pending activation, and monitor the fulfillment status of orders. This centralized view is essential for capacity planning, budgeting, and ensuring that all requested services are properly provisioned and activated at each site.
