Master Service Agreements (MSAs) are the foundational legal documents that establish the contractual relationship between your organization and GridColo for data center services at specific sites. Each MSA is site-specific and defines the terms, conditions, pricing, and service levels for your colocation services. It's essential to monitor MSA status regularly, as signed MSAs are required before service orders can be fulfilled.
