SIX LINKED ELEMENTS
Each participation agreement identifies the licensed materials, platform functions, implementation work, support services, and brand rights available to the participant. These elements are designed to work together rather than becoming separate documents and tools that the operator must connect alone.
The framework addresses repeated work: describing capability, defining service boundaries, negotiating from a usable starting point, coordinating onboarding, recording work, and preparing customer reports.
Its value is not that every facility becomes identical. Its value is that important processes become understandable and repeatable.
Asset ownership, local operating authority, customer relationships, employment, and delivery responsibilities remain allocated by the actual agreements. Participation does not automatically transfer them to GridColo.
