NETWORK MODEL
GridColo's commercial model combines licensed intellectual property, technology access, implementation, assurance, and selected ongoing services. The framework is intended to support multiple independent operators and providers rather than depend on ownership of every underlying facility.
Operators use it to structure and administer their offerings. Providers use it to coordinate contracted services across customers and sites. Owners and developers can use scoped qualification and packaging services to prepare an opportunity for the next stage.
Reusable materials and workflows reduce the amount of work that must begin from scratch. Implementation adapts the framework to a real participant. Ongoing platform and assurance services support continued use, evidence, and operating consistency.
Participants pay for the program, technology, implementation, assurance, and support they contract. The applicable agreement identifies the pricing unit, service start, included scope, optional work, and renewal.
Property rent, electricity, construction, hardware, and independently delivered field services remain separate unless a specific commercial arrangement states otherwise.
Different geographies and technical scopes require different delivery capabilities. A qualified provider network can expand the available execution capacity without requiring one organization to perform every task.
An announced project is not an accepted service. A participant relationship is not the same as recurring revenue. Sustainable expansion depends on real adoption, delivered value, and continued customer use.
