The model is designed to commercialize reusable service frameworks, technology, implementation, assurance, and selected ongoing support across multiple independent participants.
The underlying facilities remain separate assets with their own ownership and delivery requirements. Platform adoption does not require GridColo to fund every building or employ every field team.
A useful discussion looks at the full set of factors that determine whether the platform can scale.
An investor, platform customer, service provider, and property partner can have different roles. A relationship should make those roles clearer rather than create automatic access to customers, data, or operating control.
