Commercial framework
A deployment or participation relationship is documented in several connected parts. This guide describes them.
Document set
- Governing agreement: who contracts, what relationship is established, and which general obligations and precedence rules apply?
- Order: which service, quantity, price, charge trigger, delivery dependency, and term are being purchased?
- Technical and site exhibits: where is the handoff, what operating envelope applies, and what does each party supply?
- Service-level schedule: which service is measured, how are notices handled, and which exclusions and remedies apply?
- Data or brand schedule, where applicable: what use, access, retention, export, or presentation rights are granted?
- Acceptance record: what evidence demonstrates delivery, who accepted it, and what exceptions remain? This record is not automatically an amendment to the agreed scope.
- This is a non-binding illustrative map, not a required document hierarchy. Use the actual executed documents and their precedence clause to resolve conflicts.
Deviations, versions, and precedence
Agreed deviations from standard terms are recorded explicitly. Each document is versioned. The agreement states which document prevails if they conflict; review that clause with your counsel.
