Operator onboarding
Operator onboarding connects the framework to an existing business. This guide explains the stages.
Stages
- Objective and baseline: participant supplies its goals, existing capability, constraints, and accountable contacts; review produces a gap register and decisions needed.
- Selected scope: parties identify licensed modules, implementation deliverables, ongoing services, exclusions, and retained duties; output is the agreed scope and responsibility record.
- Configuration: participant supplies authorized records, role assignments, and workflow requirements through approved channels; output is a configuration ready for scoped testing.
- Preparation: designated users review the relevant tasks and support route; record preparation gaps rather than treating attendance as technical authorization.
- Acceptance: authorized parties review agreed tests, evidence, and exceptions; output is a handoff record with each remaining item assigned an owner and disposition.
- Post-launch review: compare actual use and outstanding items with the agreed scope; record support actions and route proposed changes through the applicable approval process.
Retained responsibilities
The operator keeps responsibility for its facility, staff, and customer relationships. The framework changes how work is organized, not who is accountable for it.
