Brand and white label
Operators can present the framework under the GridColo identity or under their own brand. The services and rights are defined by the participation scope; the identity choice defines only the presentation.
Powered by GridColo
The operator uses approved GridColo marks in the contracted scope. Use is subject to qualification and quality review. A mark is not proof of facility ownership or external certification.
White label
The operator presents the framework under its own brand. Configurable surfaces include the domain, reports, catalog, documents, and communications. Some legal provider identification may still be required.
Review, changes, and transition
Review proposed surfaces against the granted rights and required approvals: domain and portal presentation, catalog, reports, customer documents, and communications may each have different configuration and identification requirements. A shared visual identity must not obscure the contracting entity, service provider, facility operator, or required notices.
Before a change or end of brand use, identify affected surfaces, approved replacement wording, document versions, responsible contacts, and the treatment of existing customer records. Approval, continued rights, and transition obligations follow the agreement; this guide does not grant trademark rights or remove required provider identification.
