What to Expect When You Arrive
1. Appointment Required
Each person in your party must have a valid appointment scheduled prior to arrival. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated.
2. Valid Identification
All visitors must present valid, government-issued photo identification that matches the name on their appointment.

Upon arrival, all guests are required to sign in at the front desk and execute a Facility Access Agreement before entry.
4. Visitor Credential
All guests will be issued a visitor credential that must be worn and visible at all times while on the premises.
5. Host Escort
Guests must remain with their designated host at all times and are not permitted to access the facility unescorted.
6. Facility Rules
All visitors are required to follow facility rules and guidelines at all times. Your host will brief you on specific requirements.
Biometric Security Notice
GridColo facilities utilize biometric technology for site security. By visiting any GridColo facility, you consent to the use of such technology as part of our security protocols.
