The Energy Compute Campus is GridColo's flagship energy-integrated project: a 500-acre campus planned to support gigawatt-plus capacity delivered in phases. The campus is being designed around an on-site generation strategy so that power availability is planned alongside the buildings it serves.

Customers can engage at different levels of control—from turnkey colocation operated by GridColo, to powered shells for customer-led fit-out, to powered land parcels inside the governed campus boundary. Each model shares the same commercial framework, access process, and support workflows.

The project is in prospective customer engagement and capacity planning. Early conversations help shape phase sizing, cooling configuration, and network design. No capacity is presented as available until it is energized and accepted.

Developed under the GridCore campus framework. Site ownership and operating responsibilities are defined in project agreements and disclosed to qualified customers.
