GridColo Identity or White Label: Choosing the Right Route
Brand choice should support the operator's commercial strategy without weakening the operating foundation.

A shared identity can help an operator present a consistent offering within a broader network. An established operator may prefer to retain the identity its customers already recognize. Both choices can be valid.
Start with the customer relationship
The decision starts with the customer relationship. Consider who originates demand, how customers buy, what reputation the operator has built, and how much change customers should experience.
Then decide the operating scope
The required service definitions, workflows, integrations, reporting, and support should be decided on their merits, not assumed from the logo.
What each route requires
Brand licensing needs clear permission, approved use, quality controls, and a process for correcting unsupported claims. White label needs equally clear configuration, notices, data boundaries, support presentation, and transition arrangements.
The strongest choice is the one that makes the customer experience clearer while giving the operator a supportable way to work.
