Provider qualification
Qualification confirms a provider can deliver a defined service in a defined geography. It does not guarantee any volume of work.
Qualification evidence
- Service scope: which services the provider delivers
- Geography: where the provider can work
- Personnel: the qualifications of the people who will do the work
- Insurance: the coverage required for the service
- Authority: any licenses or authorizations the work requires
Routing, assignment, and review
When an opportunity matches a provider's qualification, limited information is shared so the provider can respond. The customer or operator chooses who performs the work. Completed work is reviewed against the agreed scope and evidence.
Prepare an evidence index that identifies the service and geography each record supports, its issuer or source, and applicable validity. Submit sensitive records only through the approved review channel. A qualification for one service or region does not establish authorization for another.
Report material changes to qualifications, personnel, coverage, or authority through the agreed review process. Keep superseded evidence distinguishable from current records. An opportunity still requires customer selection, agreed scope, and the applicable work authorization; qualification is not a guaranteed assignment or permission to enter a site.
