Site status
A project listing describes a stage, not a promise. This guide explains how to read each status field.
Status fields
- Project stage: concept, development, construction, or operating
- Physical readiness: whether the infrastructure exists and is commissioned
- Commercial availability: whether capacity can be contracted, and when
- Capacity: always shown with its unit and phase
Planned is not operating
Planned capacity is a target, not capacity you can use today. Where a fact is unknown, listings say it is not publicly confirmed rather than showing zero.
